Refund Policy – Faulty Goods
Refunds, exchanges and repairs will not be provided after delivery has occurred unless the item is faulty, not doing what it's supposed to do, significantly different to that shown or described to you.
If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. If goods are found to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly dispatched, Sleep House reserves the right to replace, repair, refund monies, or a credit voucher towards a further purchase.
If a refund is agreed to, for whatever reason, between Sleep House and the customer, it will be less delivery charges.
Refund Policy – Change of Mind
We reserve the right not to refund for "change of mind".
Refund Policy – Cancellations
Cancellation on standard transactions and online transactions will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the invoice value. Cancellation on made to order transactions will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice value. This fee will be deducted from the refund of any money you have already paid. This fee reflects our reasonable costs.
Refund Policy – Warranties
All our furniture and mattresses have a manufacturer's warranty. Our staff will advise you of the conditions of the warranty, or for further information you can contact the manufacturer directly.
We deliver almost items Australia Wide.
However we can only deliver the mattresses to selected metropolitan areas and limited regional areas in NSW, QLD, SA, WA and VIC. If you live in regional areas in NSW, QLD, SA, WA and VIC, please contact us to arrange a quote for mattress delivery.
Customers must ensure that correct details have been provided for the delivery and any access details are provided.
Customers are required to contact our staff to notify of any changes one day before scheduled delivery date. A redelivery fee will be applied should the customer not be home to accept delivery of goods without prior notification.
